QuickBooks Error code 1603 occurs when
QuickBooks need some components to run and they are unavailable due to damage
windows or corrupted files etc.

framework 3.5 and later.
Solution 6: Repairing Microsoft MSXML.

‘appwiz.cpl.
- In the list, select MSXML 6.0 and uninstall it.
- Download msxml.msi file from Microsoft website and
install it.
